A complimentary audio tape is included.
We recommend that you tape or take notes of your reading as well.

To schedule your own private reading,
call Glenn's office in New York City at
212-496-3151. Please leave your daytime/evening phone numbers and the best time to reach you (Eastern Standard Time).

All calls are returned in the order in which they are received. Please allow up to 48 hours to get a returned phone call. At the time of your appointment, if you are in the USA, Glenn will call you.
If you are outside the USA, you are to call Glenn at the time of your appointment. Readings are conducted on weekdays during normal business hours.

to schedule an appointment. Kindly put "READING" in the subject line. Glenn does not do e-mail readings.

Telephone sessions work the same way as in-person readings.
One main requirement: You must have access to a land line phone.
During a session no speaker phones or cell phones are to be used.
They interfere with the flow of energy, and increase the possibility of disconnection.

Payment Info:
Payments are to be made prior to your reading to secure your appointment. VISA, Mastercard or Postal Money Orders are accepted.
Personal checks are not accepted. There are no refunds.

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your phone or in-person appointment, you are required to contact Glenn's office
24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in your being charged 50% of the reading fee. Please be considerate of Glenn's time, as he would be of yours.
